Civil Litigation/Personal Injury

Litigation is a process that involves filing or defending  a claim in a competent Court of Law, from its commencement to its determination. We stand ready to litigate on your behalf.  The types of matters we handle include:

  • Defective products; eg: made a purchase of a particular product? As a consumer, there is an expectation that your purchase  is safe for consumption and use. Manufacturers have a duty to warn consumers regarding the dangers associated with their product. Additionally, a duty to ensure that the product is safe for use by the public. The manufacturer may be liable if they expose the public to an unsafe product.

  • Breach of Contract/Contractual disputes;

  • Defamation eg.  your character has been defamed by another person's  slander or libel;

  • Employment Law and Industrial Relations. This area of legal practice covers the rights, obligations, and responsibilities within the employer-employee relationship. We assist in matters such as wrongful and unfair dismissal/termination, wage disputes, workplace safety, and discrimination.
